Actress Chandini of “celluloid” Fame Gets Married

Thiruvananthapuram: Actress Chandni, who played Kerala’s first heroine P.K. Rosy in director Kamal-directed film Celluloid, got married with Vishnu, who is hailing from Edappazhinji here today.  The wedding ceremony was held at Subramaniam Hall in the city. Vishnu is a Marketing Manager in a private firm in Kochi.

Chandini entered the world of entertainment through a music reality show. Kamal spotted her at the show and it paved her journey to the popular film Celluloid, which depicts the life of the Father of Malayalam Cinema, JC Daniel.

She has acted in three other films and her latest film is Vaakku. The actress is a good singer also. She has already sung in two films. She is the daughter of Kollam native Prem Kumar and Geetha. Now the family resides in the capital city.

An M.Com graduate, Chandini is a teacher in St. Xaviers College, Thumba in the city.
