Namboothiris has ambitious plans to introduce more than 70 products in 10 various segments this year.
The company has entered into an agreement with the Chennai-based PayAgri Innovation – an Agro Fin Tech company, for the procurement of pesticide-free products directly from more than 60,000 farmers in Tamil Nadu.
The new concept of ‘Pickle in Ceramic Jars’ has already been launched by Aswathy Thirunal Lakshmi Bai of erstwhile Travancore royal family. “The new management has set up big plans to scale up the business to the national level and expand its exports so as to touch a 500 crore turnover by the end of next financial year,” added Nambeesan.
